Echo is a voice automation and analytics platform that enables teams to run large-scale outbound voice campaigns and analyze call outcomes through a secure, centralized dashboard. The system orchestrates automated calls, captures structured results, and provides both high-level summaries and detailed call logs for analysis. The platform integrates VAPI for voice execution with custom, business-specific prompts and workflows. In a real-estate use case, Echo places outbound calls to homeowners to assess selling intent, guiding conversations dynamically and recording outcomes for downstream analysis. The design supports adapting prompts and call logic to different business domains without changing core infrastructure. Echo features a secure web dashboard built with React and TypeScript, backed by a TypeScript/Express API. Authentication and access control are handled using Better Auth, ensuring protected access to sensitive call data. The project focuses on reliability, observability, and secure handling of communication workflows, treating voice interactions as first-class infrastructure rather than ad-hoc automation.
